Install Hermes and LocalConnector on macOS, Linux, or Windows WSL, then pair the runtime with your Hermes Control Center account using a one-time pairing code.
Need LLM credentials first?
The local installer only asks for the LLM provider values needed by your runtime: API key, base URL, and model name. Telegram is configured later from Settings after sign-in.

How pairing works
1. Sign in to Hermes Control Center
Open the Local Runtime page and create a pairing session for your OS and install mode.
2. Launch the installer
Run the downloaded bootstrapper and enter the pairing code shown in the web console.
3. Approve the runtime
If required, approve the waiting machine in the Local Runtime admin page.
4. Finish guided bootstrap
The installer writes Hermes bootstrap profile files, LocalConnector settings, runtime folders, and helper scripts automatically.
